Dear Ted and family,

My sincere condolences to each of you on the loss of your beloved mother. Although I did not know her personally, I can feel how much she is loved in the words you wrote here. The loss of a parent is immeasurable and my prayers will be for your strength to go forward remembering her love.

Phil and family,
I have wonderful memories of the two of you at Thayer. Sally will remain in my thoughts of all of you as you grieve. We now live in Lasell Village in Newton, but a fall on ice, and resulting torn muscle, keep me from driving to the funeral. Know that I would be there otherwise. My good wishes to all who make it tomorrow and a special hello to Russ Peck, still caring for those who need him at this stage in our lives.
