Robert J Gullicksen

Robert J. Gullicksen, a resident of Pembroke, MA, passed away on December 30, 2020 at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth. He was 89.

Robert is survived by his beloved wife, Barbara L. Gullicksen, to whom he was married for 66 years, his children, Bonnie Bowes of Pembroke and William Gullicksen and his wife, Cynthia, of Hanson, and his grandchildren, Kathryn and Robert Gullicksen of Hanson. He was predeceased by his parents, Ralph and Flora Gullicksen, and his son, Robert J. Gullicksen Jr.

Born in Quincy, Robert served as a private first class in the U.S. Army and fought in the Korean War. He received a Korean Service Medal with a Bronze Star, United Nations Service Medal, and National Defense Service Medal. He worked as a carpenter for multiple companies prior to his retirement.

In accordance with the family’s wishes, interment at Fairmount Cemetery in Weymouth will be private.
