Master Sargent (Retired) Richard O. Johansen passed Sunday Morning 3 January 2021 from natural causes, he was 84 years of age and a lifelong resident of East Weymouth. He is remembered by his wife Mary P Johansen, their 5 children, Kim Sullivan, Nick Rodwell, Joe Johansen, Paul Johansen, and Brian Johansen. Their 5 Grandchildren Michelle Sullivan, Rodin Johansen, Kevin Johansen, Joshua Johansen, Benjamin Johansen. Their Grate Grandchildren Jason Sullivan, Jaden Johansen, Aybree Johansen, Christopher Johansen and Patrick Johansen. Richard O Johansen honorably served in the United States Army and United States Air Force for 33 years and was a veteran of the Gulf War and was a Letter carrier for the United States Post Office.
