Ralph B Toye

BRAINTREE – Ralph Bernard Toye age 80, passed away at his home on November 2nd, 2022.  He was the devoted husband of Corally (Crothers) Toye and a wonderful father to Kelly Parker & her husband, Steve of Norwood, Ralph Toye II & his wife Jennifer of Weymouth, R. Benjamin Toye & his wife, Marikae of Braintree, and Bethany Toye of Braintree. He was the son of the late Lloyd I. Toye & Ida M. Toye. He is survived by 6 brothers and 2 sisters and leaves behind 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was a 1961 graduate of Norfolk Agricultural School.  He retired in 2013 after many years of working as a groundskeeper, most recently serving at Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy. Ralph loved camping, playing cribbage, square dancing, and spending most hours of his life working outside in the soil with plants and his renowned berries. Ralph was a man of great faith and we rejoice that he is now with his Savior. Ralph had a fast and easy smile and loved spending time with his family and friends. Visiting hours will be held at the Braintree Peck Funeral home at 516 Washington Street, Braintree on Sunday, November 6th, 2022, from 4 to 8 PM.  A service will be held at Peck Funeral Home on Monday, November 7th, 2022, at 10:30 am, followed by burial at Blue Hills Cemetery 700 West St. in Braintree at Noon.
