June Lopaus, a cherished soul whose warmth and kindness touched all who knew her, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2024, in Braintree, MA, at the age of 90. She was born on September 30, 1933, in Quincy, MA, to her parents Eugene and Grace Brown. June is survived by her son David Lopaus and 3 Granddaughters, Bridgette and her husband Bryan of Bridgewater, Alyssa and her husband Eddie of canton and Sofia of Quincy and their mother, Joyce. June is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandchildren, and all of her great-grandchildren.
June's early years in Quincy laid a strong foundation for a life driven by community and compassion. Her unwavering spirit and joyous heart became her hallmark, as she navigated life's challenges with grace and resilience. Her presence was a source of comfort and inspiration, leaving an indelible mark on her community.
As we bid farewell to June, we celebrate a life well-lived and honor the legacy of a woman who embodied kindness in every action. Her memory will forever be a beacon of light for those fortunate enough to have been part of her journey. June's spirit will continue to guide us, as she finds peace in her eternal rest.
