Judith (Peterson) Alchorn

Judith (Peterson) Alchorn of Weymouth passed away peacefully on June 17, 2022 at the
age of 74.  Beloved wife of the late Donald Alchorn.   She was the daughter of the late
Chester Peterson and the late Barbara (Fisher) Peterson.  
Judy was born on July 4, 1947 in Braintree, MA. She was a 1965 graduate of Braintree
High School.
She is survived by her loving children Bryan Alchorn of Orlando, FL, Susan Cusano and
her husband Paul of Hingham, Andrew Alchorn and his wife Rachael of Middleboro. She
will be deeply missed by her grandchildren Emily, Liam, Declan, Nolan and Abel.  
Judy was a talented knitter, making many sweaters, blankets and mittens that we will all
cherish. She enjoyed baking, spending time in the sun and at the beach and always looked
forward to the time with her children and grandchildren.
She will be deeply missed by all who were lucky to know her. Relatives and friends wishing
to show respect are welcome to visit The Peck Funeral Home - 516 Washington Street, Braintree. Visiting hours will be on Friday June 24 from 9-11 A.M. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 followed by a burial at MT. Wollaston Cemetery in Quincy.
