Jeannette Ann Leary

Jeannette was 88 years old, of Braintree, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 7 at South Shore Hospital due to complications from pneumonia.

Jeannette was born November 29, 1937 in NH and moved to Braintree with her family at the age of 3 years old. Raised in Braintree, she graduated from Braintree High School, class of 1955. Jeannette was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Paul and Louise, and her sisters Shirley and Esther. Their memories remain cherished by all who knew them.

Jeannette will be sadly missed by her sister Pauline, brother Jeff, 2 daughters Linda and husband Joe Colleran, Laura and husband Brian Hawes and son Dana Jordan. She had 5 grandchildren Kerri, CJ, Joey, Sean and David and 4 great grandchildren, Jameson, Declan, Kash and Addison as well as her many nieces and nephews. Jeannette will be forever loved and deeply missed by her family.

Jeannette worked as a Senior Buyer with Johnson and Johnson company for 20 years. She lived in Florida for 30 years and then moved back to Braintree in 2015. Friends and family will honor and remember Jeannette’s life by gathering at the Peck Funeral Home 516 Washington St. Braintree on Thursday, February 12 for her wake from 4:00 – 7:00 pm. Services will be held Friday, February 13 starting at Peck Funeral home at 10:00 am and then at Blue Hills Cemetery in Braintree.
