Gloria K. King (Kick)

Age 90, of  HINGHAM, passed away peacefully on Wednesday,  August 1.   Gloria was the beloved wife of the late William C. King.  Born in Buffalo NY, she was the daughter of the late Frieda and Frederick Kick.

Gloria was a gracious, independent lady who loved and lived her faith and was a wonderful, giving friend to many.  For many years Gloria served as a volunteer in the gift shop at the South Shore Hospital.  When not outside tending to her beloved plants, she could be found in her kitchen baking.

Gloria is survived by her dear relatives in the Buffalo area.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial mass on Saturday, August 25 at 10:00 AM., in Saint Paul’s Church, 174 North Street Hingham, Peck Funeral Homes of Weymouth and Braintree are handling the arrangements. Inurnment will take place in the Chapel of Meditation at Forest Hills Cemetery in Boston at a later date.
