Esther M Sheridan went home to heaven peacefully from her home on November 4, 2024 to join her husband, her best friend Gerry and family members and friends that went before her. She was born on June 22 to her parents, Esther V (Johnson) Malone and Dana C Malone in Arlington, Ma.
She met, fell in love with and married her husband William J Sheridan Jr on September 3, 1960 and lived in Hyde Park until they moved to Braintree in November 1965. Esther stayed at home and raised her children until she went back to work at The Lantana. She started as a part time waitress and worked her way through many positions before becoming a wedding coordinator and there she found her professional happiness before retiring in 2021. Her true happiness came from her 7 children, 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She was a beacon of light and love. She was a safe place to fall back to when life was hard. Her door was always open. When she laughed you couldn't help but laugh with her. Her meatballs were a family favorite. She is irreplaceable and will be missed greatly everyday.
Esther will always remain in the hearts of her children, William, Dana , David, Gary and his wife Gina, Lisa , Michael and Leanne. Her grandchildren David M, Kelli Ann, Ryan, Lee, Arianna, Kathryn, Kyle and Jamie. Her great grandchildren Elizabeth, Savannah, Samuel, Lillie, Gabbie, Christian and Will.
Esther loved her roses and if you want to honor her please plant a rose so when she looks down on all of us she will see how much she was loved.
