QUINCY – Diane Polk ,63, of Quincy, entered life eternal on December 10th, 2021 at the South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, MA. Diane was born and raised in Quincy and went to the Quincy Public Schools as she attended special education throughout her many years. Diane later attend Quincy High and graduated in June of 1981. Later Diane attended pay programs for adults with special needs most of her adult life. She did life and living skills as she was very happy with those studies. Diane lived in a group home at Ralph Talbot Street in South Weymouth. Diane enjoyed being outside, as well as watching TV doing puzzles, coloring, music, and bowling, and arts and crafts, ect. Diane is survived by her brother, David R. Polk, Aunt Patricia Bjornholm, Aunt Carol Davis. And she was a daughter of the late mother Louise M. Polk and father Kenneth David Polk also survived by other cousins. Diane was predeceased by her uncle Bob Drew and uncle Leonard Bjornholm. Visiting hours will be on Friday, December 17th, from 9 AM to 11, with a Prayer Service at 11:15 AM, followed by a burial at 11:45 at the Blue Hills Cemetery.
