BRAINTREE To his many friends, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2023. Chris was a lifelong resident of Braintree for fifty (50) years.  He was a Braintree High School graduate, class of 1990.  He played youth, high school; and college hockey, at AIC, Springfield, Massachusetts. Chris was a quiet, kind and gentle person; who always looked out for his teammates and friends.  He was employed at Foley Food Services in Norwood for many years.  He was the beloved son of Wesley and Dorothy Clarke of Braintree; and devoted brother of William Clarke of Marshfield.  Please consider a donation to the Braintree Youth Hockey in lieu of flowers. Peck Funeral Chapels in Braintree, on Monday, January 23rd; between 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday the 24th of January at 10 AM at the Peck Funeral Chapels, 516 Washington St., Braintree with Father Paul Clifford, officiating. Burial services will be held on Tuesday, January 24th at the Braintree Cemetery, Plain Street.
