Catherine Cowley Obituary

Catherine “Cathy” Cowley passed away on June 23, 2020 at the age of 89 after a brief illness. She was predeceased by her loving husband Walter Cowley. Catherine is survived by her daughters, Nancy Nocera, Jeanne Poulin and her twins, Madeleine and Max, Teresa Sexton, Cathleen Donovan and husband Michael and their son Jack. She was the mother of the late Paul Cowley of Braintree, sister of Mary Dawson and Robert Fish both deceased. She is also survived by sister in law, Barbara Fish and many nieces and nephews.

She was a graduate of Simmons College, Boston, MA. She loved to dance, including line dancing and outdoor pavilion dancing. She was an accomplished pianist, enjoyed knitting sweaters and hats for family and her church, St. Francis of Assisi in Braintree. Playing Bingo and cards were also a passion.

Burial will be private at this time due to Covid-19.
