Milton - Alan C. Bolger, 82 years of age passed peacefully on March 23, 2022, at the
Accent Care/Inpatient Hospice House in Milton. He was born in Boston to the late
William J. and Victoria O. (Calevro) Bolger and for the past 30 years, he has been
a resident of Braintree. Prior to his retirement, he was employed for many years as
a school bus driver and he stated at one time that he was now taking children of the
parents he took to school. One of the things he liked to do was to get the kids on the
school bus to sing while he drove them to school. Alan was the sunshine to the
young as well as the old. That sunshine, his jokes, and the laughter will not only be
missed by his family but by all those who had the opportunity to know him. He was
preceded in death by his parents William J. and Victoria O. (Calevro) Bolger, his brother
Wayne T. Bolger, and his sister Rachelle (Bolger) Breault. He is survived
by two sisters Nadine (Bolger) Malone (husband Francis) of Chicopee, Mass., Charlene
(Bolger) Beede of East Liverpool, Ohio, and several Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.
