BRAINTREE - Stanley G. Clark, Sr., 96 years of age, of Bonita Springs Florida, formerly of Braintree & Dorchester MA, died peacefully on November 27th. He was predeceased by his loving wife, the late Nora (Broderick) Clark of Florida. Stanley was born July 1st 1922 in Larksville, PA. Stanley "chick" was a proud U.S. Navy veteran of WW2, he was the son of Stanley and Antoinette Cichowicz of Larksville, PA. Beloved father of Stanley G. Clark, Jr. & his wife Maria of Billerica, the late Teresa Howser & husband Craig of Texas, the late John Clark & his wife Claire of Weymouth, Paul Clark & his wife, Bernadette of Braintree, and Margaret Trahan of Bonita Springs, Florida. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. He is the brother of Margaret Mans of Camp Hill PA, George of Kunkletown, the late Eleanor Urban of Luzerne, and brothers Joseph, Leonard, and Carl all from PA. Stan enjoyed fishing, playing guitar, bingo, nature and the simple pleasures of life. He was formerly employed by the MBTA for 35 years of service. Donations may be made to the ASPCA Visiting hours will be at the Braintree Peck Funeral Homes at 516 Washington St. Braintree, MA from 4 to 8 PM on Thursday December 6th. A funeral service will be at the Braintree Peck Funeral Homes on Friday December 7 at 9:00 AM. Followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Clare's Church on Liberty St. at 10AM. Both of these services will be joint services for Stanley and his son, John, who passed away just two days after Stanley. The Funeral Mass will be followed by a burial at the Braintree Cemetery on Plain St. Braintree at 11:15AM.
