My thoughts and prayers are with Cheryl, Debbie, and all Uncle Phil's other friends and family. He had such a jubilant personality and I have fond memories of visits to Uncle Phil & Aunt Barbara throughout my life. I'm so sorry I cannot attend the services.; the Anderson family will be very present in my thoughts.
