To Nate's parents you have my deepest condolences. So sorry for the loss of your son. My prayers are with you all to have peace and comfort. Along with God's enfolding love to revive the crushed heart and give strength to the one lowly in spirit. Revelation 21:3,4

To Nathaniel's family, I am deeply saddened by the loss of your dear loved one. Nathaniel's journey was certainly a special one, truly he was a gift from God. It's difficult to know what to say at a time like this, sometimes there are no words. The only comfort I believe will truly help you is found in God's word, the Bible. God promises a resurrection of those we have lost, a resurrection to a paradise right here on the earth. You have the opportunity to be reunited with your loved one. These promises are found at Acts 24:15, Revelation 21:4 and Psalm 37: 9, 11, 29. I hope these Bible truths bring comfort to you and your family. Again, I am so very sorry for your loss.

I honestly rarely find myself without words. Nate was truly one of my favorite topics! I was lucky enough to be his teacher since starting school. I can promise you all that this young man taught me way more than I taught him. His taste in music was admirable! He was an awesome DJ for our classroom. He was a terrific friend, especially to T,L, O, and S. He will be missed by his buds. I will miss his smile, voice, cheeks, music selections, and strength. The best part of my mornings are when he wheels through our classroom door and I can yell "Naters! You're here! We're going to have a great day!" He matched my enthusiasm typically with a sideways grin. Nate, thank you for showing us all what you could do. Thank you for singing along. Thank you for the smiles, and even for the grimaces when we made you touch yucky stuff! Thank you for proving yourself through technology. And I cannot help but add my appreciation for being cuddly! In your short time at school you proved that you have strong preferences, an upbeat personality, and a strong work ethic. You made a huge mark on our hearts, bud. I love you so very much. Thank you for all you gave us. You are LOVED

Please accept the condolences of my family. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Nathaniel, but my son Wally was to be a school buddy next year. While we didn't meet, we do feel the waves of love and sorry through the Braintree teachers. Your little warrior will be a source of inspiration for my family long into the future. I'm so, so sorry for your loss.
