I worked as Jeanne's Assistant for several years at Liberty Mutual. She taught me to strive for excellence and perfection in our work. I remember her fondly speaking of her family and what she was getting them for Christmas, etc. We shared a love of animals and I enjoyed hearing about the Scottie dog she once had. Also the stories about Dottie's rabbit. After she retired, we still continued to meet for lunch occasionally at Bobby Hacketts. . Jeanne will be missed.

Jeanne was a devoted and respected employee of Liberty Mutual for many years. As a young attorney many years ago, I became her co-worker, providing legal counsel and advice to her and her department. Jeanne was somewhat of a perfectionist at work, and she set high expectations for those who worked with her. She was thoroughly knowledgeable about the traditions and practices surrounding Liberty Mutual's corporate governance. It was a pleasure to know her.

My family has lost a great friend. Jeanne was a friend of my mother since high school.. There is no blood relationship but she became an integral part of our lives. She acted as the indulgent aunt and generous God mother to us. Jeanne was there at the holidays, birthdays, and other family celebrations.
As my father said, "Jeanne's not a guest, she's family" and there could be no other description of what part she played in our lives.
