RANDOLPH- Dorothy J. (Davis) O’Neil, 90 years of age, passed away at the South Shore Hospital on Saturday, May 27th 2017. She was born in Boston and graduated from Boston Schools. She worked as an office administrator for John Hancock Insurance Company for many years. She loved art and enjoyed painting country themes and sewing dolls clothes. Dorothy loved the Beach. She also enjoyed road trips with her husband Bob as they traveled to various places including to Niagara Falls. She loved birds and puzzles. Dorothy was the wife of the late Robert O’Neil who passed away in 2007. She was the loving mother of John J. O’Neil married to Sandra A. O’Neil of Plymouth and Margaret A. Kassetas married to Nicholas Kassetas of Glenwood, N.J. She was the devoted grandmother to four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews. Dorothy was the sister of George E. Davis married to Joanne M. Davis of Punta Gorda, FL. She was also the sister of the late Ruth L. O’Neill. Visiting hours will be held at the Mortimer N. Peck-Russell Peck Funeral Home, 516 Washington Street, Braintree on Thursday, June 1st from 4-7pm. Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, June 2nd at 10:00am. Burial will follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne at 1pm.
