HOLBROOK- William L. Hall, Sr., 84 years of age, entered Life Eternal at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston on Wednesday, November 16, 2016. He resided in Holbrook for the past 54 years. He was a graduate of South Boston High School and Wentworth Institute in Boston. He had been an electrical engineer for the Raytheon Corporation in Sudbury. He was a member of the Community Baptist Church in Weymouth. During the Korean period, he served with the U.S. Coast Guard. He is survived by his loving wife Eleanor M. (Ronane) Hall and by six devoted children; William Hall Jr. of Holbrook, Roberta L. Clayton of Brockton, JoAnn M. Carter married to Terry Carter of Holbrook, David A. Hall of Holbrook, Michael E. Hall married to Yve Rose Hall of North Attleboro, and Loretta A. Caffrey married to Jonathan Caffrey of Taunton. William was the son of the late Frank C. Hall and Mary D. (Huey) Hall. William is survived by two sisters Dorothy B. Lowe of Connecticut and Barbara A. Anastasia of Quincy. He was the brother of the late Frank C. Hall Jr., Charles E. Hall, James Hall, Fredrick Hall, Eleanor L. Young, and Myrna June Jennings. He is survived by 16 grandchildren. Visiting hours will be at the Mortimer N. Peck-Russell Peck Funeral Home, 516 Washington Street, Braintree on Monday, November 21st from 5-8pm. The burial will be private at Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree on Tuesday.
