QUINCY - Vitali V. Svailkovski, 69 years of age, passed away at his home, Tuesday April 11th, He was born in Armavir, Russia.  He received a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering in Estonia. He was a software engineer for Intersystems Co., where he was presently working.  He was a member of the NRA.  He had been married to Jelena Svailkovsky.  He leaves behind his beloved children, Oleg and Victoria, as well as his grandchildren Dasha, Nadezdo and Mitja.  Services are private, on Monday April 17th at 10AM. You may leave online condolences to the family.
