Sandra–Jean South, 65 of Attleboro died on Wednesday November 15, 2017 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital. Sandra-Jean was born in Weymouth and raised in Braintree. She was a graduate of Braintree High School. She had been employed as a clerk for the New England Telephone Company before retiring at age 55. Sandra-Jean had been a resident of Attleboro for many years. She enjoyed Sewing, quilting, knitting and crafting. She was an enthusiastic Patriots fan. Sandra-Jean also enjoyed travelling with her companion Bruce to New Hampshire and Maine. Sandra- Jean is the beloved longtime companion of Bruce Pelletier of Attleboro. She is the loving sister of James T. South and his wife Alice of Braintree and Robert G. South and his wife Ann of Braintree. She is the devoted Aunt of Lisa Barry, Laura Cochrane, Daniel South and Katie Hooper. Sandra-Jean is also survived by numerous Great Nieces Great Nephews. She is also survived by her beloved dog Blue. Services for Sandra-Jean will be private.
