Peter J. Boylan, 50, of Quincy formerly of Braintree, died in a motor vehicle accident on Monday Evening, January 22, 2018. Peter was born in Boston and raised in Braintree. He was a 1985 graduate of Braintree High School. He had been employed as a car salesman for Ricky Smith Pontiac of Weymouth before working for the Metro Roofing Supply in Weymouth as the warehouse manager. Peter moved to Quincy 15 years ago. He was a coach for Quincy Youth Baseball and an assistant coach for the Quincy Point Panthers Football League. Peter was the Son of the late Peter and Bridget (Killalea) Boylan formerly of Braintree. He is the Beloved Fiance of Nancy Attardo of Quincy and the loving and proud father of Peter J. Boylan, Jr. of Quincy. Peter is the devoted brother of Kevin P. Boylan and his wife Jennifer of Avon and Lisa M. Tango and her husband Steven of Medford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews , aunts and uncles. Visiting hours will be held at the Mortimer N. Peck- Russell Peck Funeral Home, 516 Washington Street, Braintree, MA on Thursday January 25, 2018 from 4-8 pm. There will be a gathering at the funeral home on Friday January 26, 2018 at 9:00am to be followed by a Funeral Mass at the church of Saint Clare, 1244 Liberty Street, Braintree Highlands at 10:00am.
