QUINCY: Louise M. (Davis) Polk, 83, passed away at the South Shore Hospital in Weymouth on Friday February 16, 2018. Louise was born in Medford and raised in Norfolk. She was a graduate of Walpole High School. Louise had lived in Quincy for over 60 years. She had been employed by the Quincy Medical Center as a secretary for many years prior to her retirement in 2008. She was an active member of the South Weymouth Church of the Nazarene. She was the beloved wife of the late Kenneth David Polk who died in 2009. She is the loving and devoted Mother of Diane Louise Polk of South Weymouth and David Richard Polk of Quincy. Louise is the loving sister of Frederick A. Davis married to Carol of Wrentham, Sandra E. Larossi married to Albert of Manchester, New Hampshire and Constance M. Drew married to the late Robert of Sharon. Louise is also survived by several nieces and nephews Visiting Hours for Louise will be held at the Mortimer N. Peck – Russell Peck Funeral Home, 516 Washington Street, Braintree on Thursday February 22nd from 4-7 pm. A funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, February 23rd at 11:00am. Pastor Samuel Simoes of The South Weymouth Church of the Nazarene will officiate. Burial will follow at Blue Hill Cemetery Braintree.
