WEYMOUTH- Helen M. (Ruggere) Donahue, 90 years of age passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at the South Shore Hospital. She was born in Cambridge and was a graduate of The Jeremiah E. Burke High School in Dorchester.  She had been a Credit Manager for the Cummings Store both in Boston and at the South Shore Plaza in Braintree. She worked with Cummings Store for 30 years. She had resided in Weymouth for approximately 40 years. Helen was a member of the Weymouth Senior Citizens and the Weymouth Bowling League. She participated in events at the Whipple Center in North Weymouth. She is survived by her beloved husband Daniel Robert “Bob” Donahue. She was the wife of the late Harold J. Ennis. She was the devoted mother of Michael Ennis of Plymouth and Daniel Ennis of Conway, S.C. She was the step-mother of Elaine Allard of Dennis and Nancy Durose of Crofton, MD. She was the loving grandmother of 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren. She is survived by her brother Arthur Ruggere of Pembroke. She was the sister of the late Dorothea Kent. She is survived by her step-brother William Blaney of Abington. Visiting hours will be at the Mortimer N. Peck – Russell Peck Funeral Home 516 Washington Street Braintree on Today, Tuesday, March 13th from 4:00-8:00pm with a Funeral Service to be conducted by her grandson, Daniel J. Ennis at 7:30pm. Memorial Donations may be sent to the Julia Ennis Foundation, 75 Union Street, Hanson, MA 02341.
