BRAINTREE- Haydee I. (Dibble) Belyea, 93 years of age passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at the Alliance Healthcare Center in Braintree. She was born in Leominster on October 29, 1919. She came to Braintree in 1933 and was a graduate of Braintree High School Class of 1937. She worked for the Braintree School Department as a Para-professional retiring in 1985. Haydee was a former Den Mother for the Cub Scouts. She was a volunteer for Emmanuel Church Thrift Shop and was a member of Emmanuel Parish. She enjoyed gardening. She was the beloved wife of the late Captain Roland G. Belyea Braintree Fire Dept. who died unexpectedly in 1969. She was the loving mother of Retired Deputy Chief Rodney F. Belyea Braintree Fire Dept. married to Elizabeth (Condrick) Belyea of Braintree. She was the cherished grandmother of Rodney Brian Belyea of Norwell and Lynne M. Chin married to Whalen Chin, Jr. of South Weymouth. She was the great-grandmother of Whalen Chin, III and Wesley Rodney Chin both of South Weymouth. Haydee is survived by her brothers Ralph N. Annis of Braintree and A. Everett Annis of Maine.  She was sister of the late Dorothy M. Booth, Harry L. Annis, and Deputy Chief Walter H. Annis, Braintree Fire Dept. Haydee was also the devoted close friend of Ruth M. Lennerton of Braintree. Visiting hours will be held at the Mortimer N. Peck-Russell Peck Funeral Home 516 Washington Street, Braintree on Friday, July 12th from 4:00-8:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 10:30am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.  The Reverend Father Thomas Mulvey of Emmanuel Parish Braintree will officiate.
