Albert T Albanese

January 28, 1925 ~ August 7, 2017 (age 92) 92 Years Old

Hull – Albert T. Albanese, 92, died at Seasons Hospice Facility in Milton on Monday, August 7, 2017. Albert was born in Brockton and raised in Hull. He was a graduate of Hingham High School. He entered the Navy during WWII. He was awarded the Victory Medal, the American Area Medal, the European African Middle Eastern Medal and the Asiatic Pacific Theatre Medal. He had worked as a commercial clam digger in Hull for over 70 years. He also worked his entire career as a rigger at the Quincy Shipyard, retiring in 1985. Albert was an avid bowler and loved gardening. He was the beloved husband of the late Muriel V. (Taylor) Albanese and the late Dorothy Roderick. He was the devoted father of Timothy Albanese and his wife Suzanne of Braintree, Dorothy Albanese of Scituate, Thomas Albanese and his wife Lisa of Whitman, John Albanese and his wife Gina of Pembroke, Carole Walling of Rockland, Jack Kecskemety of Hull, Mariruth Castle of Hull, Stephen Kecskemety of Freemont, NH., Joe Ford of Plymouth, Deby Madden of Brockton, Larry Ford of Taunton, Steven Ford of Florida, Russell Ford of Virginia, and the late Jimmy Albanese and Patricia McGrath. Albert is also survived by many adoring grandchildren and great grandchildren. At Alberts request services will be private. Donations in his memory may be sent to a charity of the donor’s choice. Arrangements by the Peck Funeral Home in Braintree.
