Russell Peck, Jr. holds an MBA in Marketing/Management from Bentley College and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/Computer Science from Eastern Nazarene College and an Associate's Degree in Funeral Home Management. He currently teaches at Quincy College as well as being a funeral director and licensed independent insurance agent working for Forethought and C.N.A. Insurance.

His father, Russell Peck, Sr., has his own legal practice following 30 years experience as the real estate attorney for Braintree Savings Bank, as well as being the President of Mortimer N. Peck Funeral Homes, Inc. and being the lead funeral director.

Paula Peck, Russell Sr.'s wife is a retired school teacher from the Woburn Schools, and holds a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
